Tourism Observatory: a need for management and gastronomy of Cordoba province

The creation of an observatory of gastronomic tourism is emerging as a necessary tool in advance, increasing and improving the gastronomic tourism in Cordoba and its province.

Currently there is no measurement of gastronomic tourism, both in Córdoba capital in the province, thus creating an observatory will provide strategic advantages for the public and private sectors as restaurants and catering establishments and all that business that pivot around this segment .

This paper aims to be a wakeup call about the real need for an independent , rigorous and that studies and research on food tourism key to economic development and the province of Cordoba arising observatory.
